Muda Living was founded with a simple goal: to reconnect our village in Ubud, Bali with its roots and to share that with others in an authentic, meaningful way.

We were inspired by the early days of Bali tourism, when guests stayed with local families, experienced real Balinese life, and often left as lifelong friends. At Muda Living, we aim to bring that spirit back  offering comfort, connection, and a genuine cultural experience.

Socially, we provide opportunities for young people in our village who haven’t had access to further education or formal hospitality training. By working with them, we not only support their future but help keep our traditions alive.

Environmentally, our properties are built by local craftsmen using locally sourced materials. While we honor our roots, we also ensure modern standards of comfort and quality.
